Rum Barlovento Signature Collection

Barlovento's Signature Rum Collection seduces from the very first sniff with its rich aromatic bouquet: creamy vanilla, sweet caramel, dried fruit (nuts, raisins) and a delicate floral note, all enveloped in a noble woody note that hints at aging. On the palate, the attack is warm and round, with flavors of noble wood, ripe fruit (apples or plums) and a warming hint of spice. The texture offers a beautiful density without heaviness. The finish is long and persistent, combining sustained woody notes, caramel and vanilla with an elegant oak bitterness that prolongs the overall experience.

There are two very exclusive series in this collection:

The first has been aged for over five years in three different types of casks: bourbon, cognac, and black scale. Only 279 bottles have been produced.

The second has undergone XO aging with a double bourbon finish and a medium-toast black scale cask finish. Only 283 bottles produced!
