The AOC Aloxe-Corton is a naming of villages of Côtes de Beaune since 1938. The authorized vines are in white the Chardonnay, the White Pinot and sometimes the Pinot gris. In red, it is the Pinot noir in great majority. Globally red wines of AOC of Aloxe-Corton are powerful wines, structured in the pleasant tannins. The white wines are flexible and generous in the bouquets of spices and mineral. The soil gives to the naming a big diversity of wines. In the North, we find soft and fruity wines while in the South, wines are more solid and structured.
