Whisky Kurayoshi Sherry Cask

The Kurayoshi is a range of Japanese Pure Malt whiskies produced by the distillery of the same name, located in Tottori prefecture. The Kurayoshi distillery attaches great importance to the art of blending its Pure Malts, which benefit from the pure underground waters of Daisen Mountain, giving these whiskies an incomparable bouquet and finish. This Sherry-aged Pure Malt develops a rich nose, marked by notes of ripe fruit and chocolate, the result of maturing in sherry casks for over three years. On the palate, the aromas continue with hints of citrus and lemongrass, offering harmonious balance. It is reduced with Daisen mountain spring water and not cold-filtered, thus preserving all its authenticity.
