Produced on the Isle of Mull, Tobermory 12 Year Old showcases the distillery’s unpeated style through a Scottish Single Malt matured for twelve years in American oak casks. Bottled at 46.3% ABV without chill filtration or added colouring, it retains a beautifully rich texture while revealing orange, citrus and fruit alongside floral notes, vanilla and oak. Creamy caramel adds indulgence to the palate before cinnamon, clove and subtle maritime salinity lead into a long vanilla and spice finish.

The nose opens with a generous expression of fruit and citrus, dominated by orange and accompanied by fresh floral notes. Vanilla and oak then emerge, complemented by a spicy dimension that gradually adds more depth.

The palate has a creamy and particularly pleasant texture. Sweet orange and citrus meet caramel and rich vanilla, before cinnamon and clove add depth to the overall profile. A subtle salty sensation brings freshness and evokes the maritime character of the Isle of Mull. The finish is long and lingering, dominated by vanilla and spices.
