ZEROINE GRIGRI L21 WHITE WINE MAYLIS BERNARD

Zéroine Grigri is made from 100 % of the indigenous Gringet grape variety; this rare and distinctive white wine is produced from certified organic grapes harvested in 2021. Following direct pressing and gentle settling, fermentation and ageing took place over two years in amphorae, with topping up every two weeks, without the addition of sulphur. Bottled in August 2023, it has benefited from a further year of ageing in the bottle.​
