Produced with the greatest care from selected Glera grapes, this vintage Prosecco Zonin is made using the traditional Charmat method. The must is extracted by gentle pressing, then undergoes an initial fermentation at low temperature (10°C) to preserve all the aromatic freshness of the fruit. The wine is then sparkled in pressurised stainless steel vats, guaranteeing a fine, elegant mousse. Each stage is mastered to bring out the best in each vintage.

On the palate, it reveals a perfect balance between freshness and roundness, with intensely fruity and floral aromas. Charming notes of Reinette apple and wisteria blossom are accompanied by a subtle hint of almond on the finish, the elegant signature of the Glera grape variety. Light, refined and thirst-quenching, this Prosecco is a real invitation to conviviality.
