Anne and Jean-Fançois Ganevat have produced this cuvée from Riesling grapes grown on old vines planted on granite soils. It has been vinified for over 3 years in ½ muids, with indigenous yeasts, unfined, unfiltered and without the addition of SO2.

Ganevat Courage is a cuvée of great uprightness and freshness, chiseled as never before by citrus fruit, yet with a fairly round, almost buttery mouthfeel.

As for the finish, what can I say? It's interminable!
