This cuvée Saint Amour by Christophe Pacalet is a delicate wine, very fruity with nice aromas of small red fruits, apricot and peach. This pretty red of Beaujolais is fleshy and easy-drinking, while remaining seductive.

Christophe Pacalet elaborates his cuvée Saint Amour on only 0.8 hectares, the sorting is careful with the harvest. This cuvée also benefits from a maturation on fine lees for 6 to 9 months, giving it roundness and body. A cuvée and a winemaker not to be missed!

This Saint Amour by Christophe Pacalet is perfect with a beef tournedos, but also with poultry or a nice cheese platter (Saint-Marcellin, Beaufort..). Serve fresh around 12°C.

Independent wine grower, he selects plots of land of vines, cultivated according to his ideal, in the respect for the wine and for his environment to obtain the best grapes.
