This Corton Grand Cru Perrières is the work of Vincent Girardin, a leading Côte de Beaune winemaker. Representative of the appellation, this wine is subtle, complex and almost wild on the nose. It gradually opens up, offering aromas of ripe black fruit and well-integrated oak. On the palate, supple tannins and a lovely roundness are found, just before an assertive finish.
