A Puligny-Montrachet that lives up to our expectations with this cuvée Vieilles Vignes, it brings together everything we love: notes of ripe grapes, hazelnut, lemongrass, fresh apple, almond paste and hawthorn. This complexity is further enhanced by the arrival of aromas of flint, butter and even honey after a few years' ageing!

Domaine Vincent Girardin maintains its reputation as a “very haute couture” Maison, producing wines from Vincent Girardin of excellence. A winemaker to follow closely because the next vintages are coming really strong.
Domaine Vincent Girardin is quite new. In 1980, aged 19, Vincent Girardin took over the 2 ha of vines left to him by his parents. Indeed, viticulture has been in the genes of the family since the 17th century and Vincent Girardin has always been passionate about the work of the vine. Very quickly, his wines were spotted by lovers of great wines from Burgundy, which propels him among the references of the region, especially on the Cote de Beaune. His activity is so booming that he develops it through the purchase of grapes from other wine-growers sharing its values.
The Vincent Girardin vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of reasoned culture. After following the principles of biodynamics for a few years, the vine is managed without insecticides or weeds, based on natural composts. The harvest is manual and the ploughing is deep. Vincent Girardin surrounded by Eric Germain for winemaking processes, with the aim of highlighting the particularities of the terroir, particularly those of Burgundy limestone. The Domaine Vincent Girardin favours a fair and controlled use of long farms in French oak barrels.
The wines of the Maison Vincent Girardin highlight many prestigious appellations, from 9 villages on the Cote de Beaune: Meursault, Puligny Montrachet, Chassagne Montrachet, Saint Aubin, Santenay, Savigny Les Beaune, Aloxe Corton, Volnay and Pommard. Domaine Vincent Girardin also produces 5 Grands Crus and many 1st Crus, all in balance and finesse. Vincent Girardin is a must of the Cote de Beaune thanks to the high purity and extreme elegance of his white and red wines.
