Yves Cuilleron presents a Condrieu of great finesse with this cuvée Les Chaillets, focused on fruit and freshness, with discreet oak and a perfectly balanced structure. This wine reveals remarkable richness and amplitude, supported by an expressive, complex aromatic palette. The nose is elegant, blending floral, fruity and spicy aromas. The rich, complex palate highlights the finesse of the Viognier, with a beautiful minerality providing great depth.


Produced from a blend of parcels located in the north of the appellation, on biotite granite soils, this Condrieu has benefited from 9 months' ageing in barrels and foudres.

HISTORY OF DOMAINE CUILLERON

Founded in 1920, Domaine Cuilleron is located in the heart of the Rhône Valley and has become a benchmark in the Rhône Valley thanks to the evolution of its practices under the leadership of Yves Cuilleron, representative of the fourth generation, who took over the reins of the family business in 1987. Yves Cuilleron also participated in the creation of Vins de Vienne, with Pierre Gaillard and François Villard in 1996. Combining modernity with respect for family traditions, the estate has forged a solid reputation based on the quality and authenticity of its wines, the fruit of meticulous attention to detail at every stage of the winemaking process.

YVES CUILLERON'S APPROACH TO VITICULTURE

Domaine Cuilleron adopts an environmentally-friendly approach to viticulture, focusing on the sustainability and health of ecosystems. The vines are grown without insecticides on a variety of terroirs ranging from schist to granite, and the soil is worked to preserve biodiversity.
