Shipping informations

Bassenon comes from parcels in the Semon sector, on the Côte Blonde to the south of the Côte-Rôtie appellation, on a gneiss terroir. This blend of Syrah and Viognier finds its balance in the freshness and delicacy provided by the Viognier in complantation. A great red wine that will fully develop its aromatic palette after a few years in the cellar... watch out, eyes and taste buds, you're not ready for Yves Cuilleron's treasure!

The sommelier info

We gradually discover the complexity and depth of this Côte Rôtie from Domaine Cuilleron. The nose enchants with its intense aromas of red fruit, especially blackberry, and is also enhanced by a touch of pepper and spice. The palate opens with harmonious notes of red and black fruits. Silky, refined and long on the palate. The pep touch that makes Bassenon even more unique and original is its freshness, provided by the minerality of the terroir on the finish. Another great tasting moment!
