This limited edition Etsu Pacific Ocean Water gin (only 12,000 bottles) combines the salty freshness of sea air with the liveliness of citrus fruits. The bottle itself is a work of art: a hand-blown glass koi carp floating in the clear gin, symbolising perseverance and harmony between nature and Japanese craftsmanship. The nose is initially dominated by a salty breeze, reminiscent of the seaside; on the palate, the texture is round and elegant: iodine combines with juicy yuzu and citrus fruits to deliver a refined balance; the finish leaves a supple, harmonious impression, with a delicate salty persistence reminiscent of the sea.
