Ganevat's La Colline des Dames Magnum cuvée is made from Alsace Pinot vinified in semi-carbo and aged in foudres.

It was vinified in truncated-cone tanks, with fresh semi-carbonic maceration, naturally without pumping-over, punching-down, indigenous yeasts, unfiltered and no added SO2.
