A1710 La Perle is a 54.5% ABV Martinique pure cane juice white rum, crafted through a five-day fermentation followed by distillation in the house’s hybrid copper still and column. Fresh sugarcane meets flowers, honey and exotic fruit, leading to a generous palate of papaya and ripe banana with a delicate saline touch. Intense yet refined, it offers remarkable length and a beautifully precise expression of fresh sugarcane.

The nose offers a lovely herbal freshness, dominated by fresh sugarcane and accompanied by floral and citrus notes. As it opens up, richer and slightly spicy tones emerge, adding depth to the overall profile.

The palate is full-bodied and lively, with a clean attack driven by the sugarcane juice. The herbal and floral notes are complemented by citrus and spices in a generous yet precise profile. The finish is long, fresh, and lingering, with the sugarcane returning and a delicate peppery sensation.
