This lovely Cuban rum is a blend of aguardientes, complex Cuban molasses spirits (80%) and light rums (20%), aged for at least 10 years. Its four-month finish in Sauternes casks enriches the aromatic profile and brings remarkable balance, blending notes of honey, candied fruit and delicate spices.
