Coloma 8 Year Old Rum is a Colombian rum made from sugarcane molasses. Aged for 8 years in American oak bourbon barrels, it receives a 2-month finish in casks previously used for Coloma coffee liqueur. Blended by Judith Ramírez and Sandra Reategui, it is diluted with Andean spring water. This process creates a smooth, indulgent rum with notes of vanilla, mocha, roasted coffee and oak.
