V by Villa Cosy is a Côtes-de-Provence Rouge with a generous, structured profile. Its blend of Grenache and Syrah offers intense fruity and spicy notes, with the mark of ageing in the background. This is a cuvée that will blossom even more after a few years' cellaring, but this first vintage is promising!

The Villa Cosy vineyards are literally in the heart of the Villas Tropézienne. These confidential plots not only add charm to the area, but also complexity to this pretty Provence red. The plots are on average 30 years old.

This first vintage is in conversion to organic farming, and harvesting, vinification and bottling all take place in Saint-Tropez.

V by Villa Cosy is best enjoyed with a fine butcher's cut, a wild boar stew... It will also delight your taste buds with sauce dishes and barbecued red meats. Open an hour before serving, or decant if possible, and serve at 17°C.
