Fixin

Fixin is a French wine of protected designation of origin produced on a part of the municipality of Fixin, on a road of Grand Crus. Situated on the municipality of Fixin, the various climates are favorable to the elaboration of the red wine stemming from some Pinot noir. These AOC Fixin red wines are also called "winter wine". They are fat and delicate with aromas of flowers and red berries. Some plots of land are dedicated to the elaboration of white wine thanks to the Chardonnay.
