The nose of this whisky Hautes Glaces Indigène features woody notes combined with fresh aromas of candied fruit, white peach and pear. The almond character of the Domaine's single malts is revealed, followed by pastry notes. The smooth, balanced attack reveals elegant bitterness, underpinned by cereal notes. An airy, floral bouquet emerges, blending orchard blossom and a light salinity, offering interesting complexity. The smooth finish stretches to notes of lemon and chocolate.

This is a refined blend of plot-based eaux-de-vie from vintages 2012 to 2019. Each eau-de-vie is aged in a careful selection of French oak casks with varied and complementary profiles: new sessile and pedunculate oak, red casks that have contained Hautes Glaces whisky, Cognac, Armagnac or wine.
