Whisky SirDavis

This whisky reveals itself with a warm copper colour and golden highlights. On the nose, it reveals an intense aromatic palette: aromas of blood orange and sun-dried raisins, enhanced by refined spices such as cinnamon, cloves and ginger, all softened by hints of cane sugar and caramel. On the palate, the attack is rich and buttery: first, you notice the smooth caramel, before a bouquet of spices typical of rye takes over. Gradually, notes of malt, biscuit and a hint of citrus enrich its flavour profile, adding complexity and tension. The finish is smooth and lingering, combining honey, raisins and ripe cherries. It retains a delicate spicy base that lingers on the tongue without being overpowering.
