Muscadet from Loire Valley and its vivacity will allow you a perfect match with oysters, the Riesling of Alsace floral and fruity will match very well with the iodine notes of the lobster tails and the Chardonnay of Burgundy with its notes of citrus will be tasted on pan-fried Saint Jacques.

Domaine Jo Landron La Louvetrie Muscadet Sevre et Maine sur Lie White Wine: This cuvée has complex and intense aromas. Its mouth is defined by a beautiful texture, an impression of freshness as well as a subtle and mineral finish.
Domaine Mure Riesling Calcaires Jaunes White Wine: A Riesling that we appreciate very much for its aromas of lime and flint. The attack is frank, while the freshness and complexity are present right up to the finish, a pretty white wine from Alsace.
Family JJ Vincent Burgundy White Wine: A lively and supple Chardonnay in the mouth, which reveals the authenticity of the white wines of Burgundy. The richness and brioche notes are in the spotlight throughout the tasting.
