Antoine-Marie Arena blanc Bianco Gentile 2018

Domaine Antoine-Marie Arena is a Family vineyard in Patrimonio of 14 hectares who was shaped by the hand of  man who crushed of the calcareous rock to implant vineyards in particular on the plot of land "Carco" and that is what brings a freshness and a this unique minéralité. Biodynamie and respect for the soils are the key words and in a permanent collection on returning to source one hectare of the native vine "Bianco Gentile" was reintroduced, the spirit of the Corsican hills in bottles!
The terroir of Domaine Arena belongs to the Arena family since the eighteenth century but the sale in bottle began only in 1960. Domaine Arena Corse is under the Patrimonio appellation, managed by Antoine Arena and his sons Jean-Baptiste and Antoine-Marie.
Jean-Baptiste Arena Corse turned to the terroir Grotte di Sole, constituting assemblages of Vermentino and Muscat for whites and based on the Nielluccio for reds. It produces red and white wines with a nice roundness, fruity and powerful on the palate. The respect of Arena Patrimonio vines is privileged: they are ploughed and not treated. Antoine Marie Arena Patrimonio wines have an exceptional balance and are elegant in mouth. Antoine-Marie also works on Arena Patrimonio wines from the terroir of Carco; rather harmonious, mineral and complex, composed of Nielluccio for the reds and Vermentinu, Bianco Gentile and Muscat for the whites.
