With its fresh, straightforward and perfectly balanced style, Champagne Ayala Brut Majeur is a cuvée with character that seduces from the very first bubbles. As early as the 1860s, the house distinguished itself by producing one of the very first brut champagnes, with a dosage that was very low for the time, breaking with the sweet customs of the era.
