Domaine Guiberteau Les Moulins Saumur red wine 2023

The domain

Fosse-Sèche vineyard dates back to the Middle Age. A the top of its existence, the domaine extended 400 hectares of vines and was the founder at the start of the 20th century of the famous Cabernet d’Anjou. It has never desappeared, but it is in 1998 that Guillaume Keller and his family bought it. This courageous and hard worker family rebuilt the domaine and gave it noblety. The first efforts of Guillaume are exclusively for the vineyard. He set up an organic farming agriculture and got the Ecocert certification. However, he refuses to put the symbole AB on his bottles.
