This apricot liqueur is made from an infusion of fruit. The Bergeron apricots, certified organic, come from the Rhône Valley, from Laurent Combier's orchards.

They are pitted and immediately infused for several months in a neutral ‘surfin’ alcohol.

Based on this infusion, we have created a liqueur that is relatively high in alcohol content (25% ABV) and low in sugar (160g/litre).
