It is able to age (and age well!) 10 years, which is atypical for a rosé wine from Provence. However, this Château Simone Rosé will appreciate itself in its youth because it remains charming and flattering whatever its evolution...
The culture is traditional without the use of weedkiller. The Chateau Simone is aged under wood, in small oak lightnings.
