Champagne Bollinger Spécial Cuvée is the perfect cocktail, combining liveliness, length on the palate and aromatic power.

The bubbles are fine and velvety on the palate. The nose is complex, fruity and even spicy. Roasted apple, peach and walnut all carry through to the palate. It is finely articulated around the structure of the Pinot Noir and the liveliness of the Chardonnay. The finish is insanely long, with deliciously brioche notes!

The domain

Maison Bollinger, founded in Aÿ in 1829, is one of the most illustrious Champagne houses. It owes its origins to the aristocrat Athanase de Villermont, whose passion for and insight into the wines of Champagne led to the creation of Renaudin-Bollinger & Cie. The Bollinger family has carried on this tradition ever since. With an estate of 165 hectares, 85% of which are Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, Bollinger grows most of the grapes for its cuvées itself.
