Discover Domaine Patrick Piuze's latest recruit: the Terroir de Chablis comes from a sublime clay-limestone terroir. The vines are 80% 38 years old and 20% 64 years old. A very fine average, which again sets the bar high for this Chablis wine.

Patrick Piuze returns with this cuvée Chablis Terroir de Chablis, a fresh, fruity nose that's all about balance! The palate is iodized, fruity with peach and pear, accompanied by a subtle floral touch. A lovely wine that sublimates the appellation!


Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats (90%) and multi-wine barrels (10%), with alcoholic fermentation lasting 2 months.

Patrick PIUZE meets Marc Chapoutier by his majority and falls into the world of wine. He will join Olivier Leflaive in Puligny and vinify his Chablis winery. Patrick PIUZE made the most important decision of his life by creating his own Trading House on July 1, 2008, challenging himself to settle on his own.

PATRICK PIUZE AN UNPARALLELED NEGOCIANT

Patrick Piuze’s main goal is to differentiate between winegrowers and winemakers, because he is not the owner of his vineyards and has a role of advisor to winemakers, thus creating a climate of trust and a long-term partnership. This mode of operation allows it to select the most beautiful parcels of the Chablisien vineyard, designed mainly of old vines, and to harvest grapes of very high quality. Patrick Piuze harvested the plots he chose.

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL TERROIRS OF CHABLIS

Mainly buying grapes, he concedes a range from Chablis, Chablis Grand Cru to a range of eleven Chablis Premier Cru. Through his wines, Patrick PIUZE is always committed to revealing the true character of Chablis, with its terroirs and climates so different. Chardonnay is a formidable transmitter of the diversity of this basement.
