Louis Roederer has developed a unique method called ‘infusion’ for its rosé champagnes: it consists of fermenting a small amount of Chardonnay juice together with macerated Pinot Noir grapes to obtain wines that are ripe, juicy and very fresh. The result is a champagne worthy of the greatest, balanced, refined and structured. Thus was born this legendary cuvée, Cristal Rosé.

Pale pink colour with sparkling, fine bubbles. The nose is full-bodied and intense, expressing a bouquet of red fruits tinged with liqueur and spices. The palate is very complex, chalky, almost tannic, blending red and black fruits with a good dose of minerality. A true medley of finesse, concentration and energy!
