Domaine Camp Del Mas

Domaine Camp del Mas is located in La Boissière, a village close to the foothills of Larzac. With its vineyard nestled in altitude, Camp del Mas is certainly one of the stars in the making of Languedoc.
The origins of the name Camp del Mas (also called «fields of the mas») come from the place of implantation of the estate, which was formerly a crossing point for the paths of transhumances. The creators of Domaine Camp del Mas, Julien Monclus and his partner Mélanie, are both from the wine industry. Julien, descendant of winemakers for 4 generations, was also helped in the vineyards by his father after having enriched his experience with friends winemakers. Since 2016, their philosophy is to highlight the terroir of their region through Camp del Mas wines.
The Domaine du Camp del Mas offers two cuvées, Gravis and Cantaluz. Gravis is a 100% Syrah, coming from two distinct plots: the first brings freshness while the second will give more finesse to this monocepage. Camp del Mas Cantaluz is a 100% Chardonnay vintage planted in a combe. Thus, freshness and minerality are essential for this white of the Languedoc. Camp del Mas draws its inspiration from the Burgundian tradition for its cuvées, which prove to be real wonders.
