Mas Haut Buis

Right in the heart of Larzac, Olivier Jeantet, self-taught and passionate wine grower, is the owner of the Mas Haut-Buis since 1999. Cultivated in bio, wines arise from vines crashed on the Terrasses of Larzac. Wines of the Mas Haut-Buis are alive and fresh and marked with the elegance of their soil. The vintage Costa Couade, stemming from Grenache, is imperative by its originality, its fruit and an air weft. White wines stemming from some Chardonnay and from Roussanne are very uncluttered, right and precise.
