Peyre Blanche comes from the clay and gravel terraces and sandy molasse soils of Cairanne, within vineyards that Famille Perrin states are entirely organically farmed. Grenache and Syrah are hand-harvested, sorted and destemmed before approximately fifteen days of fermentation, with extraction adjusted daily through tasting, followed by ageing in stainless steel or concrete vats without oak to preserve vibrant fruit. Raspberry, blackcurrant, cherry and peppery nuances lead to a fresh, silky palate, generous without excess, framed by fine tannins and a lively spicy finish.

Peyre Blanche delivers exactly what makes Cairanne so appealing: generous fruit and character combined with the freshness that immediately invites another glass. The absence of oak allows Grenache and Syrah to shine with remarkable purity, combining ripe fruit, spice and silky tannins in a Rhône red that is both expressive and effortlessly enjoyable.

La famille Perrin baught some land in te Rhone Valley in 1909 with the famous château de Beaucastel, en Châteauneuf du Pape . The wine is made in  Prébois, in the city of Orange, when most of the vines, 180 acres are around Beaucastel.The most important organic wine maker of the south Rhone Valley.
