Les Christins Blanc comes from an eight-hectare vineyard south of the Dentelles de Montmirail, on ancient alluvial soils over yellow sand and sandstone. Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Bourboulenc undergo cold skin maceration before fermentation, followed by eight months on the lees in stainless steel and demi-muids. White flowers, peach and white fruit lead to a broad, silky palate balanced by precise minerality, fine salinity and a citrus-driven finish.

A Vacqueyras Blanc with genuine texture yet plenty of freshness, striking a beautiful balance between roundness, salinity and tension. Lees ageing brings an appealing richness while the citrus finish restores energy, making this a particularly attractive Southern Rhône white both as an aperitif and at the table.

La famille Perrin baught some land in te Rhone Valley in 1909 with the famous château de Beaucastel, en Châteauneuf du Pape . The wine is made in  Prébois, in the city of Orange, when most of the vines, 180 acres are around Beaucastel.The most important organic wine maker of the south Rhone Valley.
