Les Sinards combines Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre grown on soils of rounded pebbles, red clay and gravel north of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The grapes are sorted, destemmed and vinified in wooden and stainless-steel vats before one year of ageing in foudres and barrels. Black cherry, blackberry, garrigue and spice shape a generous, velvety palate framed by fine tannins and freshness that beautifully balances the richness of the fruit.

Les Sinards delivers the generosity expected from Châteauneuf-du-Pape while retaining impressive freshness and an elegant texture. The 2020 is now entering a particularly attractive phase, with vibrant fruit, increasingly integrated tannins and developing garrigue and spice complexity.

La famille Perrin baught some land in te Rhone Valley in 1909 with the famous château de Beaucastel, en Châteauneuf du Pape . The wine is made in  Prébois, in the city of Orange, when most of the vines, 180 acres are around Beaucastel.The most important organic wine maker of the south Rhone Valley.
