The domain

The Guyot are among the oldest families of Marsannay-la-Côte. At the start of the 20th century, Louis Guyot was as a farmer as a vintner. In 1951, his son continues his efforts but the wine sell is mainly essentialy to the merchants. Since 1990, Olivier Guyot has managed the domaine alone which extends from Marsannay-la-Côte to Gevrey-Chambertin. Today the domaine is contituted by numerous small plots spread upon 15 hectares. The unique vine is the Pinot Noir for red wines and the Chardonnay for white wines. For 10 years, Olivier Guyot has been working the soils respecting the terroir and the environment.
