Chassagne-Montrachet is a wine of protected designation of origin, produced on a part of the municipality of Chassagne-Montrachet, in Côte-d'Or. The AOC Chassage-Montrachet is classified among the municipal naming of the Côtes de Beaune, some wines of which are classified in Premier Cru. The Chardonnay offers to white wines of the aromas of hawthorn, locust tree and honeysuckle in which get involved the verbena and the hazelnut.
