SAINT PERAY

The AOC Saint Péray is a wine of protected designation of origin the vineyard of which is most southerly northern Côtes du Rhône in Rhone Valley. Stemming mainly from Marsanne, or from its mixture with Roussanne, this naming, little known, produces of small quantities of dry, little acid and little alcoholized white wines, with a very floral nose with notes of honey, almond and toast on one hand and effervescent white wines which are light and very lively of one somewhere else.
