The domain

La Bastide des Oliviers is located in the Var, South of Brignoles, in a village called Garéoult. Patrick Mourlan’s family is taking care of 10 acres of vines in organic farming, certified by Ecocert since 2 generations! The soil is argilo-calcareous and the climate is kind, protected from winds by the mountains of saint Beaume and of Loube. Patrick Mourlan has built a modern cellar in 2000, equipped with a pneumatic press and with thermoregulated steel tanks, allowing to keep a perfect sanitary condition allowing him to procude sulfite less wine.
