Champagne Bollinger Grande Année 2012

This Bollinger Grande Année has a delicately tinted lobe with golden highlights, a testament not only to the wine's maturity, but also to Bollinger's winemaking methods.
A beautiful complexity, aromas of honey, gingerbread and cinnamon, subtle notes of dried fruit (hazelnut) and dried flowers (lime blossom).  
Mature, supple, full-bodied and persistent on the palate. Aromas of pastry, candied orange and ripe fruit, with discreet notes of undergrowth and vanilla.
The effervescence is creamy, with a discreet acidity on the finish that adds freshness.
