The domain

The grandfather of the current owners, the Matton brothers, bought Château Minuty in 1936. Gabriel Farnet was the first owner. The Matton brothers are assisted by Anne-Victoire Matton (4th generation) in the management of the estate, acquired in 2023 by LVMH. To this day, its 170 hectares cover both of Ramatuelle and Gassin areas. Gabriel Farnet has worked hard to plant new parcels of vines and build a new winery so that his property maintains the high standards that earned it a place among the first 23 winners of the "Cru Classé des Côtes-de-Provence" in 1955. Native grape varieties such as Grenache and Rolle have largely replaced international varieties in the quest for a more contemporary range of pink wines. Grenache has earned the title of "king of rosés" for its rosé wines. Minuty SA, a privileged partner of the Château, supplies its M and Prestige product ranges.
