Its spicy, minty nose opens with flavors of mango, dried fruit and hazelnut. The palate is rich, with candied fruit and brioche. The domain

Founded in 1849, Pol Roger is now run by the fifth generation of the family, who cultivate 92 hectares of vineyards. Each generation has preserved and enriched the House's heritage by continuing to produce its prestigious champagnes. Winston Churchill, a fervent admirer of the brand since 1908, became a Pol Roger loyalist. In 1944, at a reception at the British Embassy in Paris, he met Odette Pol-Roger, granddaughter of Richard Wallace, thus sealing a strong relationship between the families. Renowned for the extended ageing of its cuvées, ranging from 4 to 10 years in the historic cellars of Épernay, Pol Roger is particularly famous for its Brut Réserve cuvée, a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes. If there's one cuvée not to be missed from the House of Pol Roger, it's without doubt the Sir Winston Churchill. With its fine, delicate bubbles, this cuvée offers a depth capable of stirring real emotions!
