The domain

The commune of La Londe-les-Maures, in the Var, is home to the Château Léoube wine estate. It enjoys a well-established reputation in the Côtes-de-Provence appellation and throughout the Provence region. The 14th century estate of Léoube, purchased in the 1990’s and restored by an English Lord, is also becoming known worldwide. This 560-hectare estate has been managed by wine engineer Romain Ott since 2000. The chateau’s land has recently been certified organic and is cultivated using biodynamic methods. The estate boasts one of the most picturesque protected areas in all of France, if not in all of Europe. The Léoube style has become famous for its emphasis on drinkability, complexity and purity of wine.
