The domain

The stunning property known as Chateau Miraval is located just outside of Correns, France’s first fully organic village. The 600-hectare estate is managed by Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who recently separated, and the Perrin family, who have a long history of success and influence in the wine industry using organic farming methods. Since its purchase in 2011, Miraval has quickly become one of Provence’s best-known wine producers, especially rosés, reflecting the tastes of its Hollywood-based owners. A fantastic company that, amidst a luxurious and serene setting, produces exceptional rosés and whites from the Côtes-de-Provence and IGP Méditerranée appellations. What makes this property unique is that a recording studio has been on site since the late 1970s. Famous musicians such as Pink Floyd, AC/DC and even Sting have used it to make records. So it’s no surprise that Wine Spectator named this iconic chateau the source of the world’s best rosé wine in 2012.
