This White Peyrassol has a pale and shiny dress. Aromas of grapefruit, pear, peach and vanilla. The mouth is silky with a beautiful magnitude. Peyrassol White is made with the oldest vines of the Commanderie de Peyrassol.
Very nice balance in the mouth with a beautiful freshness.

A short ageing of 8 months on fine lees in oak barrels is carried out on this cuvée Chateau Peyrassol White.

The domain

The origins of the Peyrassol estate, and more specifically the Commanderie de Peyrassol, date back to the 13th century, when the Order of the Knights Templar laid the foundations of the estate. The wines of Peyrassol, carefully crafted from a range of grape varieties, reflect the terroir and expertise of the Côtes-de-Provence appellation. The Château Peyrassol white Côtes-de-Provence cuvée has a seductive complexity, combining notes of exotic fruit, citrus and white fruit such as pear and peach, with a pleasant freshness.
