Estoublon

Château d’Estoublon has been in the heart of the Alpilles since 1489, it is a historic property on the appellation Les Baux-de-Provence. Estoublon produces wines from Provence in all three colours, as well as high quality olive oils.

CHATEAU ESTOUBLON, VINEYARD IN LES BAUX DE PROVENCE

Located on the famous appellation of Les Baux de Provence, the 18-hectare Estoublon vineyard extends on the southern slope of the Alpilles. Provençal grape varieties are in the spotlight on this vineyard led in organic farming: Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah as well as Marsanne, Roussanne and Cabernet-Sauvignon. Château d’Estoublon works to heal its blends in order to produce complex and unique Estoublon wines, representative of their terroir.

CHATEAU ESTOUBLON, A SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE VINES

A new gravitary chai will soon be built on the property of Estoublon in order to gain even more precision when working in the cellar, in particular to preserve the fruity and expressive character of the wines. Special care is given to each vine foot, to adapt to the different terroirs of sandy bass, clays and limestones present at Château Estoublon. Anaïs Maillet has for some time been in charge of the respect of cultural practices, which ensures a conversion into progressive biodynamics of Estoublon.

ROSEBLOOD BY ESTOUBLON

Estoublon created the Roseblood range with the desire to echo the symbolism of the snake, both a sign of seduction and metamorphosis. Château Estoublon is very oriented towards nature and wanted to highlight what it has the most beautiful to offer us with this strong reference to the rose, an elegant and strong flower at the same time. This Roseblood rosé wine therefore has a bold and assertive character with an astonishing minerality on a background of fruity and floral aromas. A cuvée high in colour and originality, to taste as soon as possible.
