The sommelier info

This limited edition cuvée is the result of a collaboration with an artist. However, it remains the same as the traditional Minuty M, only the design of the bottle is different.

The Henriette Arcelin limited edition in Côtes de Provence has a pale pink colour, expressing aromas of peach, citrus and red fruit. On the palate, the wine is beautifully structured, round and full-bodied, making it a real escape to the South of France.
The finish is straightforward and subtle.

The domain

The grandfather of the current owners, the Matton brothers, bought Château Minuty in 1936. Gabriel Farnet was the first owner. The Matton brothers are assisted by Anne-Victoire Matton (4th generation) in the management of the estate, acquired in 2023 by LVMH. Today, the 170-hectare estate includes the hillsides of Ramatuelle and Gassin. Gabriel Farnet has put a lot of effort into planting new plots of vines and building a new winery to ensure that the estate meets the high standards that earned it the distinction of being one of the first 23 winners of the "Cru Classé des Côtes-de-Provence" in 1955. In the quest for a more contemporary range of rosé wines, local varieties such as Grenache and Rolle have largely taken the place of international varieties. The vineyard produces rosé wines based on Grenache, which has earned this variety the nickname of "king of rosés". Minuty SA is the company’s preferred sales partner, supplying the Minuty M and Minuty Prestige product ranges. Recognized ranges such as "Or" and "281" are also present.
