Minuty Rosé M Cotes de Provence has a pale rose expressing aromas of peach, citrus and red fruits. The mouth has a nice structure, a nice roundness and a good hold in the mouth. The final of this Rosé Minuty, on the other hand, is straight and subtle. A Rosé that can be served as an aperitif but also during a meal.

The domain

The grandfather of the current owners, the Matton brothers, bought Château Minuty in 1936. Gabriel Farnet was the first owner. The Matton brothers are assisted by Anne-Victoire Matton (4th generation) in the management of the estate, acquired in 2023 by LVMH. Currently, its 170 hectares encompass the high hillsides of Ramatuelle and Gassin. To ensure that the property continues to meet the high standards that earned it a place among the first 23 winners of the "Cru Classé des Côtes-de-Provence" in 1955, Gabriel Farnet has worked hard to plant new vineyards and build a new winery. In the pursuit of a more modern range of rosé wines, indigenous grape varieties such as Grenache and Rolle have largely replaced international varieties. Thanks to the vineyard’s Grenache-based rosé wines, this grape variety has earned the title of "King of Rosés. The wine estate’s M and Prestige product ranges are supplied by Minuty SA, the company’s preferred business partner. Well-known ranges such as "Or" and "281" are also presented.
