Lirac

Lirac is a wine of protected designation of origin produced in the department of the Gard, in Rhone Valley. 3 colors are produced under this naming. Concerning the red, generous, fine and well-balanced, it is black Grenache for the greater part then mixed with Mourvèdre and Syrah. A few Cinsault allows to bring the sharpness. Concerning the rosé wine, the powerful and the fat, the wine making is made by an assembly in which black Grenache remains majority. Finally, for white, dry and round, the base of the assembly is made with Clairette and the Bourboulenc.
