The domain

The grandfather of the current owners, the Matton brothers, bought Château Minuty in 1936. Gabriel Farnet was the first owner. The Matton brothers are assisted by Anne-Victoire Matton (4th generation) in the management of the estate, acquired in 2023 by LVMH. Today, its 170 hectares encompass the best plots of Ramatuelle and Gassin. Gabriel Farnet worked hard to plant new parcels of vines and build a new winery to ensure that his property continued to meet the high standards that earned it a place among the first 23 winners of the "Cru Classé des Côtes-de-Provence" in 1955. In the quest for a more modern range of rosés, indigenous grape varieties such as Grenache and Rolle have largely replaced international varieties. The vineyard’s Grenache-based rosé wines have earned it the title of "king of rosés". Minuty SA, the company’s preferred business partner, supplies the wine estate’s M and Prestige product lines.
